Work Orders

• If you need a small repair done to your apartment, the building staff may be able to assist you. Keep in mind that this is not a rental building, and many minor repairs are the responsibility of the shareholder. The staff is here to help and will often perform minor repairs as a favor to the shareholder.
• Speak with the doorman about the scope of your work and whether building staff may be able to help you.
• If he agrees, complete a work order form and designate whether you or the doorman will provide a key to your apartment. When the work is completed, the building staff will leave a copy of the work order in your apartment.
