Terrace Guidelines

Complete Terrace/Roof Guidelines and Submission Requirements recommended by the Corporation’s Architect/Engineer and adopted by the Board of Directors for installing planters, decking, furniture and other semi-permanent items on terraces/roofs. These guidelines are intended to permit such installations in a safe manner that preserves the integrity of the building structure. It will be necessary to submit a drawing of any proposed plantings, etc., for approval prior to any installation.
