• After your closing you should contact the Resident Manager at (212) 243-3030 to schedule a move date. The Resident Manager will make sure staff are available to work the freight elevator.
• Moving days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• There is a $1,000 refundable move fee. A certified, bank, or attorney escrow check payable to 300 W 23rd Owners Corporation should be sent to Sonia Dottin, prior to your move date. Sonia’s address is:

• In addition to the $1,000 refundable move fee there is also a non-refundable fee of $300 to cover expenses related to elevator operation. This check should be made payable to Douglas Elliman Property Management and also forwarded to Sonia.
• Before and after your move date please contact the Resident Manager and request an inspection of the route to your apartment for damages. If no damages are found, you should expect a refund check in 4-6 weeks (only for the refundable portion).
