Furniture Delivery

• If you are having one or a few pieces of furniture being delivered, you must contact the Resident Manager at 212-243-3030, 2–3 days prior to delivery. The Resident Manager will arrange for the use of the freight elevator; furniture may not be moved in the passenger elevators. For certain especially valuable pieces, the Resident Manager may make an exception.
• You should also let the doorman know that a delivery is to be expected.
• If you are moving into your apartment, please follow the Move In/Out Procedures.
• Delivery Times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
