Is there an official building real estate agent?
The Coop does not have an official real estate agent to handle sales or purchases.
How should I choose a contractor for renovations?
The Coop does not keep a list of contractors to recommend, though you may be able to get a couple of UNOFFICIAL suggestions from the Resident Manager. We recommend you seek multiple bids for your job and that you get references from any contractor you’re considering.
How does the trash recycling work?
Recycling in our building is very straightforward. Paper-related items go on the floor beneath the chute, and all other recyclable items – plastic, glass, metal – go into the bin nearby. For more information see the building’s recycling policy.
How do I obtain a laundry room card?
If you were not provided a laundry room card when Hercules visited our site you may request one from the Resident Manager. If the Resident Manager is not available, then leave word with the doorman, and the doorman will communicate your request.
How do I dispose of large items?
Place the item near the freight elevator on your floor. If the item blocks the area there, let the doorman know.
