• Wall thru-units are NOT allowed in the building.
• Window units are allowed; however, they must be installed by fully insured contractors.

• Shareholders/residents nor any of the building staff may remove or install air conditioning units.
• The Resident Manager will conduct annual inspections of each air conditioning installation.
• New York City Local Law 11/98 requires that all air conditioners in our building be installed with a safety bar that allows them to be in place without resting against the sash.
